We’re two stylists who care about doing things with intention — real consultations, realistic plans, healthy results, and hair that actually fits the person wearing it. We both come from strong color backgrounds, but with our own specialties that complement each other. Shantel focuses on lived-in color, dimension, brunettes, reflective all over colors, and keeping length and density a priority. Alex specializes in blonding of all kinds, lived-in color, grey blending, weft extensions, corrective color, and haircuts that accentuate movement. We’re big on communication. That means listening first, explaining the why, and making sure the plan matches your lifestyle and your hair’s integrity. No rushed decisions. No pressure. No unrealistic promises. Whether we’re enhancing your natural depth, brightening your tones, maintaining your length, or refreshing your shape — the goal is the same: hair that looks intentional, grows out gracefully, and makes you feel like yourself in the best way. CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! To respect the time our stylists set aside for each guest, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling! Changes made within 24 hours will result in a 100% (or up to) service booked cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding!

Hi! I’m Alex! I’m an independent stylist and co-founder of The Hair Lounge, with 12+ years of experience in the beauty industry. I primarily specialize in blondes— foiling, dimension, intensive lightening, expensive blonding! As well as, gray blending, color corrections, sew-in extensions, and have a growing love for coppers and reds! I love creating customized placements, dimensional looks, and effortless color. Most importantly, I want getting your hair done to feel fun, personal, and never like a chore. Whether you’re new to my chair or a longtime guest, I’m grateful for the relationships, trust, and community that have come from doing what I love every day!
Shantel Cruz
Hi! Im Shantel! I’m an independent stylist and co-founder of The Hair Lounge, with 8+ years of experience in the beauty industry. My approach is simple: hair health always comes first. I’ve found my specialty in working with darker hair. So brunettes, I’m your girl! I also specialize in long-hair, all-over colors, and soft/lived-in dimension for natural blondes. I love creating rich, dimensional color that feels effortless. Transparency is important to me—you’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and what it takes to get you there. I'm here to elevate your canvas & enhance what makes you feel like you! This space I've created is for all my clients- the ones from the beginning and the ones to come.
